1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p7pp", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the p7pp platform, accessible at p7pp.io, and the entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p7pp platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on p7pp following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Platform" means the p7pp website, mobile browser experience, and all associated services including the casino lobby, sportsbook, cashier, and customer support channels.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your p7pp account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus funds credited to your account under a specific p7pp promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game or sports market through the p7pp Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 By completing the registration process or by placing a wager on p7pp, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is a prerequisite to using any part of the p7pp Platform.

2.3 p7pp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of p7pp following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on p7pp. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. p7pp operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. p7pp makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside those it actively serves.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial activity are not eligible to use p7pp.

3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from p7pp or who are subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to register a new account or access the Platform until the self-exclusion period has lawfully expired.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money wagering features on p7pp, you must complete the registration process via the p7pp Login page and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

4.2 You are permitted to hold only one registered account on p7pp. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts attributable to the same individual, device, or payment method constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 p7pp reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill, to verify the information provided during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

4.4 The registration of an account on behalf of a third party, or the use of false, stolen, or fabricated identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. p7pp will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to such matters.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p7pp Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 p7pp will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from p7pp that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

5.3 All activity conducted through your account whilst you are logged in — or whilst your credentials have been used to log in — is your responsibility. p7pp accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5.4 You must notify p7pp's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. p7pp may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 All deposits and account balances on p7pp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific promotion.

6.2 p7pp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your p7pp Balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your account depending on the originating bank's processing times.

6.4 You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p7pp reserves the right to void any wagers placed using funds deposited from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder.

6.5 p7pp does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which p7pp accepts no responsibility.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. p7pp reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at its discretion, with any such changes communicated on the Platform.

7.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed to p7pp's satisfaction.

7.4 Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are ordinarily processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

7.5 p7pp reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the account is subject to an ongoing investigation.

7.6 Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the resulting real-money balance attributable to cleared wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 p7pp may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

8.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

8.3 Bonuses are personal to the player to whom they are awarded. They may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other player or account.

8.4 p7pp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn prior to the player meeting the applicable wagering requirements, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be removed from the player's account.

8.5 Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

9. Wagering Rules

9.1 All wagers placed on p7pp — whether on casino games or sports markets — are final once confirmed. p7pp does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in the specific circumstances set out in the sportsbook rules applicable to void events.

9.2 Casino games on p7pp utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) audited for fairness. All game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG. p7pp makes no guarantee of winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred in the normal course of play.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game or sportsbook market, p7pp reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. p7pp is not liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

9.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

9.5 Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets offered on p7pp — are settled in accordance with p7pp's published sportsbook settlement rules. In the event of ambiguity, p7pp's decision on settlement is final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p7pp Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit the Platform in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, or using p7pp for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or its associated systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p7pp staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content or data from the Platform without p7pp's prior written consent.

p7pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account involved in prohibited conduct, to forfeit associated balances pending investigation, and to pursue legal remedies where applicable law permits.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 p7pp is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account dashboard following p7pp Login, including deposit limits, session time notifications, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the p7pp Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and data — is the intellectual property of p7pp or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Your use of the Platform does not grant you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any p7pp content without prior written authorisation from p7pp.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.2 p7pp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if p7pp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 p7pp's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 p7pp accepts no liability for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, government actions, or natural events affecting Bangladesh or the region.

14. Termination

14.1 You may close your p7pp account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active investigations are pending.

14.2 p7pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct that p7pp reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or its players.

14.3 Upon termination of your account by p7pp for cause, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money Balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 p7pp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms published on p7pp.io at the time of your use of the Platform constitutes the binding agreement between you and p7pp at that time.

15.2 Material amendments will be communicated to registered players at least seven (7) days before taking effect, via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon p7pp Login. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

15.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of p7pp after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through p7pp's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

16.2 p7pp operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. No representation is made as to licensing or regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body, and players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling.

16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
